These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Cruise Price Drops website at cruisepricedrops.com and the related email alert service (together, the “Service”), operated by ByteBunny, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service lets you look up the publicly listed prices of pre-cruise add-ons (such as beverage packages, internet packages, dining, and shore excursions) for a sailing you choose, and, if you create an account, receive an email when a price you are watching changes in the way you asked.

Cruise Price Drops is an independent service operated by ByteBunny, LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Royal Caribbean or any cruise line. Cruise line names and product names are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the prices being tracked. Prices shown are the publicly listed Cruise Planner prices at the time we checked; they may differ from the price your account is offered and can change at any time. Always confirm the price and availability at checkout before canceling an existing purchase.

2. Independence and no affiliation

The Service is not operated by, licensed by, or affiliated with Royal Caribbean or any cruise line, travel agency, or booking provider. We do not sell cruises or add-ons, do not take bookings or payments for them, and cannot cancel, change, or refund any purchase you make with a cruise line. All purchases are made by you directly with the cruise line under its own terms.

Trademarks, ship names, and product names belong to their respective owners. They appear on the Service only to identify the sailing and product whose price is being displayed.

3. How prices are obtained and their limits

Prices are read from the cruise line’s publicly accessible Cruise Planner listing, without logging in to any customer account, at the times shown on the Service (roughly twice a day for watched sailings, and when you request a check). We never ask for, store, or use your cruise line login, reservation number, or payment details.

Because prices are captured at points in time, they can be out of date or incomplete. Cruise lines may show different prices to different customers (for example based on loyalty status or booked fare), may change prices at any time, may add taxes, fees, and gratuities at checkout, and may withdraw a listing without notice. The Service is an information tool only. You are responsible for confirming the actual price, availability, and terms at checkout with the cruise line before making, canceling, or rebooking any purchase.

We do our best not to send alerts based on failed or incomplete checks, but we do not guarantee that every price change will be detected, that alerts will arrive promptly, or that the Service will be available at any particular time.

4. Free service, advertising, and donations

Cruise Price Drops is free to use. We do not sell, license, or charge for the price data we display, and no payment is required to receive alerts. Any advertising revenue or voluntary donations go toward the cost of running the servers, the price checks, and the email alerts.

The Service may display third-party advertisements and may offer a way to make a voluntary donation. Advertisements are provided by third parties and we do not endorse the products advertised. Donations are not payments for the Service, do not entitle you to any feature, priority, or guarantee, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your account

An account is required only to receive alerts. You must provide a valid email address that you control and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

You can turn alerts off, change your watches, or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your cruises, watches, and alert history. Price observations are shared, non-personal data and are retained.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use automated tools to access the Service other than a standard web browser or email client; (b) attempt to overload, probe, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; (c) resell, redistribute, or republish price data from the Service; (d) use the Service to harass anyone or to send unsolicited messages; or (e) use the Service in violation of any law or of a cruise line’s terms that apply to you. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, code, and the compilation of data as presented, is owned by ByteBunny, LLC and protected by applicable law. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. Underlying price information originates with the cruise lines and is not claimed as ours.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRICES SHOWN ARE CURRENT OR CORRECT, THAT ALERTS WILL BE DELIVERED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BYTEBUNNY, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF SAVINGS, LOST OPPORTUNITY, PURCHASE OR CANCELLATION DECISION, OR MISSED PRICE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByteBunny, LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, including if a cruise line changes or restricts access to its public listings. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on the Service, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY], [STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the Service.
